Crispy Tilapia with soy bean paste (Plaa Nil Grob Raad Thao Jiew)
1 pound Tilapia fillet
2 tablespoons soy bean paste
6 cloves of garlic coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons of sliced fresh ginger (small pieces)
5 celery stalks sliced into 1-inch long pieces
20 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
5 green onions chopped
1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan at high temperature. Then add Tilapia and deep fry until crispy. Then take it out and put on the plate.
2. Heat  1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a medium wok. When the oil is hot add garlic and stir-fry until it starts to brown. Then add soy bean paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and stir fry for 1 minutes
2. Add celery, ginger, and cherry tomatoes. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add green onions and cook for 2 minutes. Then turn off the heat and put all the ingredients over the Tilapia and serve on a plate.
