Fried Water Morning Glory (Thai) with Ground Pork (Phad Phaak Booung Moo Sub)
 
Ingredients:
1 pound of ground pork
1 bowl of Water Morning Glory sliced 2 inches long.
6 cloves of garlic coarsely chopped
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/2 cup broth or water
 
Directions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan. When the oil is hot add the garlic and stir-fry until it starts to brown. Then add ground pork, and stir fry until meat is opaque on all sides, about 5 minutes
2. Add Water Morning Glory, fish sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce. Stir-fry for 2 minutes and stir in scallions.
