Crab with yellow curry
2 pound raw blue crabs, cleaned, and sliced in half.
1/2 cup of milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 fresh long red chili, sliced in to long strips
5 celery stalks sliced in to 1 inch pieces
1 white onion sliced in to long strips
2 tablespoons yellow curry
1 bowl coconut milk
Tip to make fresh curry:
chili powder 1 tablespoon
5 cloves of fresh garlic
1 tablespoon of red onion sliced (small pieces)
1 tablespoon lemongrass sliced (small pieces)
3 pieces of fresh turmeric
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of cilantro seeds
Pound and mix all of these ingredients together.
1. Heat the coconut milk in a large wok until the temperature is hot. Then put the curry inside and stir it for 5 five minutes.
2. Later add fresh crabs and cook until opaque on all sides.
3. Beat and egg in a bowl. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, milk, and fish sauce and mix together. When the crab is cooked add all these ingredients and stir fry for 5 minutes. After that add sugar and stir.
4. Add white onion and celery until they are cooked. Finally, add the fresh red chili and stir for 1 minute and stir in scallions.
